Chef Bharat Batra
Chef Bharat has graduated from IMI Switzerland specializing in F&B Management and developed many recipes with curated gravies and sauces. He excels in Molecular gastronomy, Indian and Arabic cuisines and is a qualified Master of Spices. He runs the Spice Garden hospitality chain and also a recipient of the prestigious Cordon Bleu award.
